1. Platform Description

DomSpecialist is an online platform connecting property seekers with real estate listings and homeowners with construction and home specialists. The platform operates in two modes: "Properties" (searching, selling, and renting real estate) and "Specialists" (finding home specialists). The platform does not facilitate financial transactions between users.

2. User Obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

• a) Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• b) Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• c) Not publish false, misleading, or illegal content.
• d) Respect the rights of other users and intellectual property.
• e) Not use the platform to send unsolicited messages or advertise services unrelated to real estate or home services.
• f) Comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on the platform:

• a) Publishing false or misleading listings.
• b) Misuse of the messaging system for unsolicited content (spam).
• c) Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• d) Automated data collection (scraping) without written permission.
• e) Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions.
• f) Publishing content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, logos, text, source code) is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. By publishing content on the platform, users grant the operator a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote such content within the scope of platform operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform serves as an intermediary between users. We do not assume responsibility for:

• a) The accuracy, completeness, or legality of user content and listings.
• b) Consequences of agreements or transactions between users.
• c) Data loss or platform interruption due to technical reasons.
• d) Conduct of specialists or service providers found through the platform.

The platform does not guarantee the quality of services or properties listed on the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

We will endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. In case of unsuccessful agreement, the court in [City], Slovenia has jurisdiction. The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply to these terms of service.

7. Modifications to Terms

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms of service. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
